We are just over one week away from the beginning of the 2019-20 season and I have finally got around to setting up a blogging site to discuss all things West Ham from across the water.
I will be using the site to give my view and opinion on everything West Ham related. A view from an Irish perspective.
Hopefully these will come daily, as, and I’m sure most of you know, anything can happen in the trials and tribulations of following West Ham United Football Club. It’s a magical merry-go-round supporting this wonderful club. I should know, I’ve supported the club for the past 33 years. I have even inflicted the pain and suffering onto my son. Why should I be the only one in the house whose weekend can be ruined by 5pm on a Saturday evening (give or take SKY, BT or now even Amazon permitting)?
Enough of that negativity though. The season is about to start. We have so much to look forward to, as is the case every season, only for ‘our dreams to fade and die’. Damn it! I’ve gone negative again! I’m blaming those 33 years!
Anyhow, that’s the gist of the site. I’m looking forward to getting started. Let’s get this season and site underway.
